Qigong (literally “Life Energy Cultivation“) is a holistic system of co-ordinated body posture & movement, breathing & meditation used to promote health and spirituality. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts, Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or “life energy”. Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing and calm meditative state of mind.
Qigong is now practiced worldwide for recreation, exercise & relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing. So it’s a perfect way to replenish, recharge and harmonise your energy centres with the well known Dr Sally James as your teacher.
The cost is only $5 which includes a morning cup of coffee or tea on the veranda!
