Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size apple
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 4 leaves of kale
  • ¼ grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 medium size green pepper
  • Variation:  Consider adding a little ginger or peppermint

A great juice for a health booster.  The apple and carrot help soften the kale taste.
