• 2 spinach leaves or 2 dandelion leaves
  • 1 apple
  • ½ papaya
  • 1 carrot½ beetroot
  • 2 Shiitake mushrooms (remove stems and wipe caps clean)
  • 3 drops Echinacea tincture (if available from health food store)

Wash, chop and pass through juicer.  To vary this juice from time to time, you can substitute with the following ingredients.

Mango, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage leaves, cauliflower, kale, bok choy, red onion, pear, and indeed any deeply/brightly coloured vegetables.
