🌿 CanSurvive Support Group – Wednesday 12th November 🌿
Finding emotional and practical support during and after cancer treatment can make a world of difference. That’s why the CanSurvive Support Group exists — to offer a safe, nurturing space for people to connect, share, and explore holistic approaches to wellness.
What Is the CanSurvive Support Group?
Our support group brings together people who are navigating cancer, in recovery, or caring for loved ones. It’s a space built on compassion, understanding, and the belief that healing happens on many levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Each gathering focuses on community, connection, and empowerment. We discuss holistic and complementary therapies, lifestyle changes that support well-being, and simple ways to find calm and balance during challenging times.
Hosted by Eve Williamson
This month’s session will be hosted by Eve Williamson, the founder of CanSurvive, who began this community over 30 years ago. Eve brings warmth, empathy, and decades of experience to every gathering, creating a welcoming environment where you can simply be yourself.

Why Join a Cancer Support Group?
Connecting with others who truly understand what you’re going through can ease feelings of isolation and bring renewed hope. Research shows that emotional and social support can:
-
Improve quality of life
-
Reduce anxiety and stress
-
Help people manage treatment side effects
-
Strengthen the sense of control and empowerment
At CanSurvive, we combine these benefits with a holistic approach to healing — exploring the mind–body connection, self-care practices, and evidence-based complementary therapies.
A Welcoming Space for Everyone
You don’t have to be a member or book ahead — just come along. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in remission, or supporting someone through cancer, you’ll find warmth, understanding, and practical guidance from people who care.
💛 Together, we share knowledge, kindness, and hope.
