IMMUNE BOOSTER SMOOTHIE
- 3 apricots (fresh or dried if not in season)
- 1 small ripe banana
- 8 almonds – grind into powder
- 1 tblsp ground flaxseed
- 6 raisins
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup soy milk
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix thoroughly
IMMUNE BOOSTER JUICE
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 ripe tomato (organic or vine ripened are best)
- 1 pear
- ½ beetroot, 1 carrot
- 2 dandelion leaves or cabbage leaves
- ½ cm slice fresh ginger root
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- ½ red onion
- ½ sapote or equivalent piece soursop (optional)
