Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh peas, cooked and cooled
  • 3 avocados, peeled and cubed
  • 2 bunches of fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed (steam for 1 minute optional)
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tblsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tblsp honey

Toss all prepared ingredients together and serve.
