Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh peas, cooked and cooled
- 3 avocados, peeled and cubed
- 2 bunches of fresh asparagus, washed and trimmed (steam for 1 minute optional)
- 3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tblsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tblsp honey
Toss all prepared ingredients together and serve.
