This is a follow-up town-hall series after the initial November 2025 monthly talk titled: How RIFE TECHNOLOGY Powers PLASMA, PEMF, TENS & ULTRASOUND To Target and Kill Cancer Cells Cost-Effectively. Together, we now move into the next step as the November 2025 session was naturally well-received. Dr. Bill McGraw is certainly a beacon of hope. This is especially true for those who have been unceremoniously sentenced to death with no hope. They are lingering in a limbo, awaiting the day of reckoning as predicted by oncology.
About the Speaker
Dr. Bill McGraw is a multi-disciplinary research scientist and began studying naturopathic medicine because of a healing crisis he was experiencing in 2010. As he could not find a doctor or therapist who could help him, it inspired him to make wellness his passion. Dr. McGraw began using Rife technology to assist people in healing from cancer eight years ago. Since then, he has developed effective new cancer healing protocols with Plasma Wave Therapy. Dr. McGraw’s main challenge is censorship on major platforms, so he focuses on educating people with chronic diseases. As a result, he has helped thousands worldwide to heal themselves.
Dr. Bill McGraw, from Pennsylvania earned two degrees from his home state as well as from Alabama (Ph.D.). He then went on to complete a post doctorate fellowship at HBOI at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. McGraw has lived and worked in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Panama. He is a resident in Panama for 15 years now. Dr. McGraw has and has spent over 20 years researching the science of alternative health. During this time, he has healed people from chronic disease. He has published two books and multiple e-publications. Additionally, he has conducted hundreds of interviews, seminars and podcasts with some of the biggest names in alternative health over the past decade.
